Riyadh, June ( وكالة الأنباء السعودية ۔ ‎‎‎ 27 يونيو 2026ء) SRCA received an emergency call from a location in Al-Wizarat District, where the case was attended to by a rapid-response unit and field ambulance teams. Resuscitation procedures were initiated using the LUCAS mechanical chest compression system, in addition to the Head-Up CPR device, which elevates the patient’s head and neck during CPR. The device was deployed for the first time in the field within the authority’s emergency response system, reflecting its commitment to introducing advanced technologies that strengthen the quality of pre-hospital emergency care.

The use of this technology forms part of an integrated system that the authority continues to develop in line with the latest international emergency medicine protocols and best practices.
